Have you been contacted to pay for — or receive — services from one of our operators outside of Phone Sex Club?
This is completely unacceptable. It goes against our Terms of Service and violates the operator’s contractual agreement with us. We take your privacy extremely seriously, and it is never okay for one of our talkers to contact you outside of Phone Sex Club — or to request payment outside of our service through PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or any other payment provider or website.

If you’ve been contacted outside of our service — someone asking for personal information, requesting payment, or reaching out to you directly — and you can prove it with a screenshot of a text message, an email, phone records, or any other verifiable method, you’ll receive $100 in credit toward our service.
How to Report
Contact the Dispatcher
Call 210-660-6933 and let her know you’d like to make a report.
Text Your Proof
When requested, text your proof — screenshots, emails, records — to the dispatcher phone number.
We Investigate
Every report is investigated thoroughly. This usually takes 1 to 5 business days.
You’re Credited
Once the investigation is complete, your $100 credit is applied to your account.
The Fine Print
One Report Per Operator
Only one report per operator will be credited, and every report is subject to our investigation.
Clean Hands Required
To qualify, you must not have solicited the operator yourself, sent any outside payments, or attempted to contact her outside the service.
It Goes Both Ways
Your privacy matters to us, and we want you to feel safe and secure from outside solicitation. In the same spirit, we expect you not to solicit our talkers for services outside of Phone Sex Club — or to send payment through any outside method. Soliciting our operators outside of our service is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
