1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using this website in any way — whether or not you place a call, create an account, or click any button — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not access, browse, or use this website.
2. Eligibility
This website and its services are intended solely for adults. You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using this site you confirm that viewing or listening to adult-oriented content is legal in your community and will not violate any local, state, or federal law.
3. Description of Services
Phone Sex Club provides live, adult-oriented telephone entertainment featuring independent operators (“models”). Calls are billed per minute at the rate published on our Pricing page. A ten-minute minimum applies to paid calls. All conversations are private, consensual fantasy roleplay between consenting adults.
4. Billing and Payment
The current rate is $2.00 per minute with a ten-minute minimum. We accept all major credit cards and gift cards. By purchasing time, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount of time purchased, including any extensions you request. Your card is never kept on file; payment details are collected fresh for each purchase. You are responsible for tracking your own call time.
5. First-Time Caller Bonus
First-time callers receive five (5) free minutes with their first paid call. One bonus per customer; single use only. The bonus has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
6. Call Policies
Extensions during a call are available only with existing credit, arranged by texting the dispatcher. Operators end calls at the ten-minute mark unless additional time has been purchased. Purchased minutes may be split across sessions, except that minutes dedicated to a specific operator must be used during that session. Credits expire thirty (30) days after purchase and may be used with any operator.
7. Problem Calls
If you experience a problem with your call, text the dispatcher immediately — this guarantees your two-minute reporting window. Calls not reported within two (2) minutes of connection are considered successful. Problem calls may qualify for credit toward a call with another operator, at our sole discretion.
8. Dispatcher
Our dispatcher handles payments, connections, and technical problems only. The dispatcher cannot answer questions about operators or relay messages of a personal nature.
9. Privacy
We do not keep your card on file. Operators never see your billing information. We do not record calls. Personal information you share with us is used only to provide and bill for our services, and we do not sell your information to third parties.
10. Acceptable Conduct
You agree not to harass, threaten, or abuse our operators or staff; not to attempt to obtain personal information about any operator; not to record calls without the express consent of all parties where required by law; and not to use our services for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and audio — is the property of Phone Sex Club or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
12. Disclaimers
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phone Sex Club and PHN Interactive Limited Liability Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the call giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phone Sex Club, PHN Interactive Limited Liability Company, and their operators, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these terms.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PHN Interactive Limited Liability Company operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
